CFC is currently placing group exercise instructors and fitness trainers at the following Sunset Properties in Jamaica through December 2007:

Sunset Beach in Montego Bay - Family Welcome!
Sunset Grande in Ocho Rios - Family Welcome!
Sunset at the Palms in Negril - Adult Recommended

NEW Fitness Trainers - New Placement opportunities available for Certified Personal Trainers able to work with small groups.  If you can lead a morning beach walk, a short H2O exercise session and train with mats, bands, balls and light weights, we may be able to place you at one of our Sunset Resorts.  Availability now through December 2007.

Group Exercise Instructors will be responsible for teaching 15 fitness classes during five days per seven day stay.  Except for Aqua, classes are of your choosing and may include step, cardio, stretch and muscle conditioning, yoga and pilates.  Fitness classes are 45 minutes and scheduled at 8:00am and 6:00pm.  Aqua classes are always scheduled from 11am to 11:30am.  Aqua certification a plus, but not required. 

Travel days to Sunset Resorts will schedule to arrive on a Saturday and depart on a Saturday.

Sundays are always off days for tours, scuba diving or just relaxing!

All three Sunset resorts welcome children.  The rates* are as follows:

Sunset Grande and Sunset Beach: $45 per child per night (2-12 yrs); $85 per child per night (12 yrs and older)Maximum 4 per room (2 adults and 2 children) 

Sunset at the Palms:  $45 per child per night (2-12 yrs); $100 per child per night (12 yrs and older)
Maximum 3 per room (2 adults and 1 child) 

*These rates are subject to change and are at the discretion of each individual resort.  Guest instructors are responsible for paying these fees to CFC at least 2 weeks prior to arrival..
