Who are we looking for?

CFC is currently placing instructors each week at the following all-inclusive Resorts in Jamaica: 

Moondance Villas in Negril

Sunset Beach in Montego Bay
Sunset Grande in Ocho Rios
Sunset at the Palms in Negril

Strawberry Hill in Blue Mountains of Jamaica(near Kingston, JA)

Tensing Pen in Negril Cliffs

What are the requirements and qualifications?

Each resort has its own schedule and specifications.

All Cardio instructors must be certified and experienced instructors who teach aerobics, step, and muscle conditioning type classes.  Some resorts include aqua exercise opportunities.  

All Yoga and Pilates instructors must be certified or credentialed and experienced.

Instructors liability insurance will be covered by FRA, but instructor must have current CPR before leaving for their trip.  All instructors should be flexible, upbeat and able to teach multi-level classes in a resort setting.

What will the seven day class schedule look like?

The Resort schedules the times and days of classes.  Generally classes are early morning and late afternoon and total approximately 12 hours in a 7-day stay, leaving you lots of beach and recreation time! 

Strawberry Hill  requires 2 one hour classes a day, an am and pm class. Classes are taught in/around the resort and stays are scheduled Monday to Monday.

The Sunset Resorts require 3 classes a day, 2 forty-five minute classes at 8:00a and 6:00p, and 1 thirty minute aqua class at 11:30. A gym is provided.
