Fax to: 781-449-5372In order to qualify you must send one of the following after you apply:
Option #1: Submit an Evaluation/Referral form provided by your Group Exercise/Yoga/Pilates Director. Click here to print evaluation/referral form.
Option #2: Send us a video sample of yourself conducting the type of class you would like to be considered for.
