CFC is currently placing two instructors per week at Couples Resort, Ocho Rios, Jamaica through December 2006.  

Couples in Ocho Rios

One instructor will be responsible for teaching 10 one hour cardio, step and muscle conditioning type group exercise classes during five days per seven day stay.

One instructor will be responsible for teaching 10 one hour yoga and/or pilates group exercise classes during five days per seven day stay.

Travel days to Couples Resort will schedule to arrive on a Sunday and depart on a Sunday.
